Seamus Moore

Seamus Moore (born 18 June 1947) is a popular Irish performer and linked up with Brendan in the Studio on June 22nd 2020. Moore began his career when he entered a talent contest and won with his own composition "The JCB Song". After two years, he was presented with a gold disc by his record company I&B Records to mark over 50,000 sales. He has been known as The JCB Man ever since.

Seamus Moore (born 18 June 1947) He was born and reared in Callan, Co. Kilkenny. He is a popular Irish performer. Moore entered a talent contest and won with his own composition "The JCB Song". After two years, he was presented with a gold disc by his record company I&B Records to mark over 50,000 sales. He has been known as The JCB Man ever since. When touring, he is also known as 'Moore the Hurr on Tour'. In the early 70's Seamus formed his own country band known as The Jamboree Country Band. They were the resident band at The Castle, Cricklewood for a number of years. Seamus was to share the musical spotlight with names from Brendan Bowyer to Butch Moore (no relation) and from Joe Dolan to Big Tom and Dickie Rock. In the mid-70's Seamus Moved into the bar trade and managed several well known pubs and his own successful club 'The Blarney Stone' which featured well known Irish touring bands and Seamus himself on stage. Seamus Moore entered and won a talent contest at the I & B Records, Annual Irish Music and dance Festival in Southport with his own composition 'The JCB Song'. He has been known as "The JCB Man" ever since (as well as "Moore The Hurr"). Two years later he was presented with a gold record, at the same festival, for sales in excess of 50,000 of the single and cassette. Seamus has recorded several albums and DVD's to date. 

Seamus had huge success with his single "My Little Honda 50", taken from Seamus's album "Seamus Just Wants To Be Famous". This proved very popular with fans, even reaching #20 in the Irish Music Charts.

Seamus ran his own public house called "Conways 3" in Burnt Oak, London from 2010 - 2016.
